Sometimes, I work with smaller paper models and the larger aluminum pieces at the same time. This saves time, especially when I'm playing around with new color ideas. Boom III, on paper, is also on aluminum at a larger scale. Both are unique works--the brushstrokes, the edges, and what can be found underneath the surface are very different.
